Previewing and Launching
After you've added fields and configured your form, you can preview and launch it.
The form preview updates in real-time. To activate your form and make it available for use, click Launch.
You won't see the the button used to submit the form in Preview mode. It will only appear once the form is placed onto a public or published webpage.
Launching creates a new version, makes the form live, and updates embedded forms. Version history is recorded automatically, though not yet visible in the CMS.
You'll receive confirmation once the form is successfully launched. A shareable embed code is available immediately in the Properties tab of the form.

Go to Properties > Access to control who can access this one form, including:
- Who can edit the form
- Who can launch versions
- Who can view submissions for this specific form
